Ocado Group Plc's online grocery business experienced higher sales, growing volumes by 8.1% in Q1, as it reduced prices to attract customers during a cost-of-living crisis. The joint venture with Marks & Spencer reported an increase in active customers to 1.02 million and revenue climbing 10.6% to £645 million. The business plans to continue expanding its product range and delivery options.
