NewLake Capital Partners (NLCP), a real estate investment trust supporting state-licensed cannabis operators, has announced a 2.5% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.41 per share. Shareholders of record on March 29 will receive the dividend on April 15. The ex-dividend date is March 27. NLCP's shares were upgraded from "neutral" to "buy" by Compass Point on March 14, with a target price of $18.25.
