Miami police arrested an ATV rider who was driving recklessly on I-95 Freeway, leading to a cross-county police chase. The ATV driver, wearing a black ski mask, evaded authorities by speeding on Miami streets, crossing intersections without stopping, and even driving in the wrong direction. The pursuit ended when the rider stopped on the side of the northbound lanes of 31st Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, where he was taken into custody.
