Jury finds Aldrick Scott guilty of first-degree murder of ex-girlfriend Cari Allen, after less than 3 hours of deliberation. The verdict was reached on Monday afternoon, following the case submission at 11:01 a.m. Scott now faces an automatic life sentence for the November 2022 killing of 43-year-old Omaha woman, Cari Allen. In addition, the jury found Scott guilty of using a firearm to commit a felony and evidence tampering, both felonies.
