Havas Group ANZ appoints Marco Villella as head of talent with 12+ years of experience.

Havas Group ANZ has appointed Marco Villella as its head of talent. Villella, with over 12 years of people and talent experience, previously worked at GroupM (WPP AUNZ) as talent acquisition lead. In his new role, he will oversee the talent product and Havas' people experience journey, working with the Leadership Team to support the people and talent strategy across Havas Group ANZ and its wider network.
