Florence women Deborah and Christy Jenkins have been arrested and charged with willful neglect of a vulnerable adult after allegedly refusing to care for an elderly man and allowing him to lie on the floor face down for days. The elderly man was found in need of immediate medical attention when deputies arrived at the home for an eviction. Both women are being held at the Florence County Detention Center on $5,000 bond each.
