Dubai's One Za'abeel, developed by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), has secured a Guinness World Record title for the 'Longest Cantilevered Building' with its panoramic sky concourse, The Link. The 230-meter-long structure, situated 100 meters above the ground, features 8 Michelin-inspired restaurants, the UAE's longest suspended infinity pool, and a chic destination bar, offering 360-degree views of Dubai. The Link's cantilever extends 67.277 meters beyond the main tower and was completed in two phases over 16 days without disrupting live traffic.
