3 construction workers were hit by a car on Interstate 35 near Tonkawa, Oklahoma, resulting in the death of one worker and injuries to two others. The car's driver, a 17-year-old believed to have fallen asleep, veered off the road and struck the workers, who were employed by Wildcat Construction. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol's Traffic Homicide unit is conducting an investigation and will present their findings to the Kay County District Attorney.
