British Columbia real estate agent, Gina Takhar, has had her license officially cancelled and has been fined $55,000 by the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) for professional misconduct. Takhar failed to disclose her representation to three sisters who sought to purchase two properties in Chilliwack in 2017. Between 2010 and 2020, Takhar was licensed as a trading representative with Global Force Realty Ltd., whose sole director and minority shareholder was her spouse.
