BRICS development bank aims to make $5 billion in loans in 2024.

BRICS' New Development Bank (NDB) plans to provide $5 billion in loans this year, says Vice President Zhou Qiangwu. The bank, established in 2015 by Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, experienced some business impact during the pandemic but is now recovering. Zhou also expects China's economy to grow by about 5% this year, aligning with the government's target.
