Beige Ltd., a ChrysCapital affiliate, plans to sell a 2.9% stake in Mankind Pharma through block deals, offering up to 11.63 million shares valued at ₹2,459.5 crore ($295 million). This follows Mankind Pharma's stock price rise of 98% this year, outperforming the Nifty 50 index by 30%. Mankind Pharma's shares fell by 3.2% after the announcement of the PE investors selling 3.2% equity in the company through block deals worth around Rs 2,700 crore.
