Balochistan CM Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has ordered the dismissal of 2,000 absentee teachers in the province, directing the chief secretary to fire them within a month. The province spends Rs 5,625 per child per month and Rs 72,000 per year on education, with plans to introduce a biometric attendance system in schools to ensure teacher presence.
