74-year-old woman arrested after fatal pedestrian collision in Plymouth, Devon. A young girl and woman were hit by a car on Victoria Road at 9:45 am, both suffering serious injuries and later dying in the hospital. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Roads Policing Team is conducting an investigation.
