50-year-old murder suspect, Christopher Minor, was found dead in his vehicle at McCormick County State Park on March 24, following a manhunt after two women were found dead at Arbors at Brookfield Apartments in Mauldin, South Carolina. The victims were identified as Kim Melissa Thrift, 52, and Mariellen Bessent Minor, 41. Minor faced two counts of murder charges and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm in a violent act.
