13-year-old girl in Tennessee was accidentally shot and killed by her mother, according to police. The mother claimed she was attempting to retrieve her keys from her purse, which contained an unholstered .40-caliber pistol, when it accidentally discharged. The girl was taken to the hospital but later died in the emergency room. No charges have been brought against the mother at this time.
