4th Dublin-based garda, Robert Gorman, charged with burglary and perverting the course of justice.
A fourth Dublin-based garda, Robert Gorman (43), has appeared in court charged with burglary and perverting the course of justice. Gorman is accused of trespassing with intent to commit theft at a flat on Mountjoy Square North on September 7, 2021, and is also charged with two counts of perverting the course of justice by signing information for a search warrant and creating three incidents on the Garda Pulse computer system between September 30 and December 30, 2021, and on September 21, 2021.
