Tamboran Resources Corp. increases its stake in the Shenandoah South Pilot Project in Australia's Beetaloo Basin to a minimum of 47.5%, as Falcon Oil & Gas Australia Limited limits its participation to 5%. The 51,200 gross acre area can accommodate 23 well pads, supporting the wells needed for the proposed project. Tamboran aims to announce the Final Investment Decision in mid-2024, contingent on funding and approvals.
