North Northamptonshire faces criticism over "widespread and systemic failings" in its special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) services, according to a report by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted. The disjointed services have led to some children waiting too long for support. North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and the NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board oversee the services, which are delivered along with Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, schools, and nurseries.
