Minister Wike urges churches not to abandon politicians after they leave office.
Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, called on churches not to abandon politicians after they leave office. Addressing St Mark's Anglican Church in Port Harcourt, Wike urged the clergy to practice what they preach, and always be there for and pray for politicians. He noted that while in office, politicians typically contribute to churches, but are often neglected when their terms end.
