On March 25th, NSW Fire and Rescue attended a house fire in Islington, with emergency services receiving a call at 11:17am. The fire was reportedly contained to a single room, however, there was smoke damage throughout the house. Crews searched the property and confirmed no one was home during the incident. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, following recent house fires in the region.
