A 4.0 magnitude earthquake hit Hanoi's outlying district of My Duc on March 25 at 8:05 am, with an epicenter 16 km deep, according to the Institute of Geophysics. Although high-rise buildings in Thanh Xuan, Ha Dong, and Nam Tu Liem districts experienced tremors, the quake posed no disaster risks.
