Four juveniles are now in custody in Moberly after being accused of stealing a car by assaulting the owner with a gun in Columbia. The abandoned car, reported stolen from Columbia, was found by Moberly Police on Saturday. Three of the juveniles were released to Columbia Police and Boone County Juvenile Office, and the fourth was turned over to the Randolph County Juvenile Office.
