Houston police officer and two others in a stalled car were taken to the hospital after a driver crashed into their vehicles on the Katy Freeway feeder road. The officer had a gash to the head but was expected to be okay. The driver exiting the freeway swerved to avoid hitting the officer's patrol car, but ended up colliding with both the stalled vehicle and the patrol car. No serious injuries were reported.
