2024 Hajj pilgrimage cost increases by N1.918m in Nigeria due to foreign exchange crisis.
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has increased the cost of the 2024 Hajj pilgrimage by N1.918,032.91 due to the ongoing foreign exchange crisis. Intending pilgrims who have already paid the initial N4.9 million are now required to pay an additional balance of N1.9 million for a total of N6.8 million. NAHCON has set a deadline of March 28, 2024, for all payments to be completed.
