Fremantle acquires Asacha Media Group, a global studio with subsidiaries in France, Italy, and the UK.

Fremantle has completed the acquisition of Asacha Media Group, a global production studio with labels in France, Italy, and the UK. Asacha's subsidiaries include scripted and unscripted production companies such as Red Planet Pictures, Picomedia, Stand By Me, Srab Films, Mintee Studios, and Wag, among others. The deal was spearheaded by Fremantle's Group COO and CEO Continental Europe, Andrea Scrosati.
