Fletcher Building's CEO Ross Taylor is being replaced by acting CEO Nick Traber on March 29, with Taylor offering support till August. The company's search for a permanent CEO continues, and a new chair will be appointed after the annual meeting in October. Traber previously served as Chief Executive of the Concrete division since January 2021. The company is also undergoing a Board renewal process.
