Dru Anthony Baggaley, brother of Olympic silver medallist Nathan Baggaley, has been denied bail amid allegations of drug offenses while in custody. Dru Baggaley won a retrial for an alleged $200 million cocaine smuggling plot in December 2023 but now faces charges of drug possession in prison. Justice Melanie Hindman cited "unacceptable risk" that Dru Baggaley could continue to commit offenses if released on bail.
