CCC MP Hlatywayo calls for law to secure land tenure, following recent evictions of villagers from communal lands in Zimbabwe. The government, under operation "No to Land Barons", justified the evictions, accusing villagers of illegal occupation. Section 10 of the Communal Lands Act allows the Local Government minister to set aside land for any purpose, after consultation with local rural district council.
