Birchtree Investments Ltd., an investment company aiming to profit from divesting assets, announces investing in Valkyrie Specialty Corp., a Texas-based firm providing well remediation and restimulation services for oil and gas companies. Valkyrie helps recover remaining assets, remove toxic chemistries, and remediate fields. Pursuant to a share exchange agreement, Birchtree will issue 5 million shares to Valkyrie's parent company, Valkyrie Holdco, a private British Columbia firm.
