Airbus Defence and Space to acquire cybersecurity firm INFODAS for portfolio expansion.
Airbus Defence and Space agreed to acquire INFODAS, a German cybersecurity and IT solutions firm, to strengthen its cybersecurity portfolio for European and global customers. INFODAS, certified by the Federal Office for Information Security, employs around 250 people and generates €50 million in annual revenue. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to finalize by year-end.
