38-year-old Warrenton man Carvell Jarmain Williams died after being shot outside Club Tempo in Dumfries, Prince William County. Police responded to the scene at 2 am and found Williams in front of the club, who later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. Two vehicles in the parking lot were also struck by gunfire. Authorities are investigating the incident, which does not appear to be random, and are seeking information from anyone who witnessed the altercation.
