21-year-old Samuel Mills, a Palm Coast resident with potential mental or cognitive disabilities, has gone missing and prompted a Florida Purple Alert. Last seen in the 100 block of Coral Reef Court North, Mills was last seen wearing an orange and blue shirt and may be driving a black 2007 Nissan X-Terra with Florida tag JD995K. The Flagler County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information to call 386-313-4911 or 911.
