37-year-old Monroeville man Michael Berkley died after crashing his vehicle into construction equipment on William Penn Highway. The accident occurred early Saturday morning, with witnesses reporting that Berkley's vehicle was speeding at the time. The Allegheny County Police Department and homicide and collision reconstruction unit are investigating the incident.
