A 44-year-old man was found deceased at a Budget Inn in Florence on Saturday, per the Florence Police Department. Officers responded to the motel at 10:45 am for an unresponsive person and discovered the man dead inside a room. The body has been transported to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy, and the cause of death is still under investigation. The victim's name has not been released yet.
