Northern Territory Police arrested a male suspect in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident in Alice Springs, involving a 20-year-old victim. The driver allegedly did not remain at the scene or inform emergency services. The victim, who had prior contact with police, is being investigated as a death in custody. Police seized a black Ford Ranger and arrested a 32-year-old male in relation to the crash.
