25-year-old Kalamazoo man found shot to death in his vehicle, 2nd homicide of the year. The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident as a homicide after responding to a vehicle crash report at 11:37 p.m. on March 23. Upon arrival, officers discovered the driver had a gunshot wound, and life-saving efforts were unsuccessful. The victim's name has not been released.
