21-year-old volunteer firefighter, Ronald Vasquez, was met with cheers as he left the hospital after being seriously hurt during a massive Oklahoma wildfire. Vasquez broke his pelvis on February 28 when the brush pump he was riding on collided with a tanker. Despite the accident, Vasquez remains determined to become a full-time firefighter, stating that the incident only motivates him more to reach his goal.
