Mum-of-six Emma Buck, from Bournville, Birmingham, fraudulently claimed £85,000 in benefits over three years by falsely claiming her live-in boyfriend did not reside with her. The 49-year-old admitted two offences related to dishonestly failing to notify changes in her circumstances affecting benefit entitlement and one offence of being knowingly involved in fraudulent tax credit payments.
