Ecuador's youngest mayor, Brigitte Garcia, and an advisor were found shot dead in a car early on Sunday, according to police in the South American country. The deaths are being investigated and come amidst a wave of violence that authorities blame on drug trafficking. Garcia, 27, was the mayor of San Vicente and was a member of former President Rafael Correa's Citizen Revolution party.
