Metrolink and Amtrak passenger rail service through San Clemente will resume on Monday, after a two-month closure due to rocks and debris falling on the tracks. A 200-foot-long retaining wall has been constructed at Mariposa Point to protect the tracks from additional falling debris. Full service on both Metrolink and Amtrak lines will resume, with train schedules available at metrolinktrains.com and pacificsurfliner.com.
