Faith Thomas, a trailblazer in cricket and nursing, has been honored with a plaque recognizing her contributions. The late Thomas' family members, including Mayor Ken Anderson, Danielle Thomas, and Member for Giles Eddie Hughes MP, attended the ceremony. The event also marked the close of Broughton Saturday Pennants, with Brinkworth Bowling Club taking the Division One and Division Two premiership titles.
