53 dogs found in deplorable conditions at a Marion County home, with one dog dead and others in need of medical attention. Matthew Wayne Keel is wanted for 19 counts of animal cruelty and 23 counts of aggravated animal cruelty, but has not been found. A warrant for his arrest was obtained, and it's possible he has left Florida. The Marion County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on Keel's whereabouts.
