Delhi police arrest two suspects, Md Sakim (24) and Irfan (22), for their involvement in ATM card swapping and online fraud incidents, including a case in South Delhi's African Avenue Road area. The accused used stolen motorcycles during their illicit activities. During interrogation, they confessed to stealing victims' mobile phones and ATM cards, duping them of large sums of money.
