1 dead, 2 hurt in Salem crash: One person is dead and two injured after a two-car crash at the intersection of Kuebler Boulevard and south Liberty Road in Salem early Saturday morning. Officers believe 33-year-old Joshua Noel Guerra failed to stop at a red light while driving eastbound on Kuebler Boulevard, and crashed into a northbound SUV driven by 19-year-old Casen Matthew Collins. The Salem Police Traffic Team is investigating the ongoing incident.
