Bharti Airtel's subsidiary, Bharti Hexacom, is set to launch its IPO on April 3, with state-run Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) planning to sell 15% of its shares in the Bharti Airtel unit. The IPO will close on April 5, and parent Bharti Airtel will retain its 70% stake in Bharti Hexacom after the sale. Bharti Hexacom runs mobile services in Rajasthan and Northeast circles.
