Paws and Stripes, a nonprofit in Albuquerque, hosted a flea market on Saturday to raise funds for their mission of helping veterans and service dogs. The event featured artisan crafts, foods, and a community show of appreciation for veterans. Paws and Stripes aims to pair shelter dogs with veterans suffering from PTSD and/or traumatic brain injuries, training them to be service animals.
