Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Red Deer Polytechnic establish a new agreement, making Sundre's Myron Thompson Health Centre the first rural site to host a program that trains more nurses. Under the agreement, AHS nurses can temporarily take on clinical instructor placements when Red Deer Polytechnic lacks a qualified instructor, benefiting nursing students, staff, and healthcare as a whole.
