Zipair, a low-cost airline owned by Japan Airlines (JAL), launched flights from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Tokyo Narita International Airport (NRT) on March 13, providing the cheapest non-stop flight between the regions. The addition of Zipair flights has lowered the cost of flights to Tokyo, Japan from Vancouver. The airline will offer five weekly flights during late summer and fall 2024.
