36-year-old Racine County woman, Sarah Mcauliffe, arrested for DUI; boyfriend, Joshua Billings, dies after jumping from car.
36-year-old Racine County woman Sarah Mcauliffe was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and leaving her boyfriend, Joshua Billings, dead after he jumped from her car. Billings was later found on the side of the road in the village of Rochester with injuries consistent with being hit by a vehicle. Mcauliffe admitted to investigators that she did not notify authorities after her boyfriend jumped out of the car and drove home.
