53-year-old Overland Park man, David Kyle Kempker, reported missing; vehicle found at Clinton State Park, search ongoing.
53-year-old Overland Park man, David Kyle Kempker, reported missing on 3/19, vehicle located at Clinton State Park on 3/20. Deputies conducted extensive search but have not found Kempker. Kansas Search and Rescue, Lawrence Police Department, Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers staff aided in the search. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office at 785-841-0007.
